As a
Teaching Assistant at Ormiston Kensington Queensmill Academy, you will
play a vital role in our teaching and learning team, supporting autistic pupils
to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You
will assist in the delivery of high-quality education while fostering
a nurturing and supportive environment.
In this
role, you will support the class teachers in organising activities, resources
and materials tailored to pupils. You will support pupils’ understanding of
instructions and tasks.
You may be
required to respond to pupils’ welfare needs including personal care and
medical requirements where appropriate.
You will
need an ability to build strong relationships with pupils and their families,
acting as a positive role model.

autism and other specific learning difficulties. We are extremely

spacious, low-arousal learning environment with excellent autism-specific
