Windmill Hill School is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. Candidates with suitable experience, motivation and commitment have the opportunity to apply for the role. 


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to be part of our administration team based at Windmill Hill School. As the first point of contact for staff with HR queries in our school, you will have high levels of interpersonal skills and exceptional professionalism as you will be responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information relating to individuals.


Other general duties to support the smooth running of the school may include such tasks as photocopying, filing, opening and distributing mail. Experience of undertaking personnel administration is desirable although not necessary as full training will be given.


However you will join us being able to demonstrate successful experience of inputting and processing information across a number of IT programmes to enable you to take responsibility for managing our staff data.


Core Responsibilities:

·         Co-ordinate personnel functions in relation to Recruitment, Induction, HR and staff absence.


·         To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the senior leadership team (SLT).


·         Act as first point of contact for staff or senior leaders in relation to HR matters.


·         To provide a high-quality end-to-end administration of the employee life cycle.
