About this Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated teacher who can create an engaging, inspiring and supportive learning environment for our wonderful pupils.

Ofsted reported, “Springbank is a warm and friendly place…Pupils behave well. They get on with each other as they play together at breaktimes. Pupils enjoy attending this school. They say it is a happy place and that they feel safe.”

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and hard‑working teacher who demonstrates excellent classroom practice, has high expectations for all learners, and can motivate and inspire children to achieve their very best.

·        Collaborate with our Key Stage 2 team and Year 6 Teacher.

·        Have good knowledge and experience of teaching the Key Stage 2 Curriculum and assessments

·        Demonstrate the capacity to make learning enjoyable and exciting.

·        Have high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour.

·        To work alongside our behaviour and pastoral teams, to support children with behavioural, attachment and trauma needs.   

·        Have an interest in leadership (which could include any area of the curriculum or leadership roles)
