We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative Creative Learning Instructor to join our school, delivering engaging learning experiences across all age ranges from 4 to 16 years.
This role will give our fantastic students the opportunity to access and enjoy performing arts, including music and drama, through inclusive, creative, and inspiring teaching approaches. The successful candidate will also support and nurture pupils who demonstrate a particular interest or aptitude in these areas, helping them to develop confidence, self‑expression, and creativity.
Working within a supportive SEN environment, you will adapt activities to meet a wide range of needs and abilities, ensuring that all learners can participate meaningfully and achieve success through the arts.
We are looking for an instructor who is committed to sharing best practice while continually developing their own expertise. The successful candidate will demonstrate an innovative and creative approach to the curriculum, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to teaching and learning.
You will build positive, respectful relationships across the school, working collaboratively with class teachers to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach. Strong communication and teamwork will be essential to support the needs of our pupils effectively.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the curriculum intent is well‑structured and coherent, in line with the school’s curriculum policy. This will include implementing adaptive and flexible approaches to meet the diverse needs of our pupils and enable them all to engage, progress, and succeed.
