About this Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate teacher to lead KS4 Maths, driving excellence in curriculum, teaching and student outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Maths, you will lead the delivery of a challenging, ambitious curriculum that prepares students for success at GCSE and ensures consistently high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.

The role involves leading collaborative curriculum planning, monitoring the quality of teaching and assessment, supporting colleagues through coaching and CPD, and using assessment and data effectively to secure outstanding outcomes for all learners, particularly disadvantaged and SEND students. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced middle leader to make a significant impact on KS4 outcomes and contribute to the wider development of the department and school.

Please note: Early applications are encouraged. We reserve the right to close this advertisement prior to the stated closing date should a suitable candidate be shortlisted or appointed.
