An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEND and Examinations Administrator at High Point Academy.

The High Point Academy opened in September 2021. We education pupils aged 11-16 years with autism and moderate learning difficulties. High Point is part of Forward Education Trust.

 

The successful candidate will:

Deliver high quality administrative and organisational support for Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, including annual reviews, statutory compliance, effective liaison with families and external agencies and contributing to the delivery of robust SEND provision across the school.

Contribute to the effective administration of all internal and external examinations, supporting the Exams Officer with processes including marks and coursework submission, mock examinations, and the coordination of the formal examination series.

Be required to work 2 days in August around examination results day.

Job Overview:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student SEND records, including EHCPs
  • Support the SENCo with administrative tasks, reports, and compliance with statutory deadlines
  • Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals
  • Track and monitor interventions, reviews, and outcomes
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external examinations
  • Ensure adherence to JCQ and awarding body regulations
  • Manage exam entries, timetables, and access arrangements
  • Coordinate invigilators and exam-day logistics
  • Maintain accurate exam records and results data
