Job Purpose
Due to the continued growth and success of our school, we are seeking to appoint an empathetic and proactive Family Liaison Worker / Attendance Officer to join the team at Mill House School. This is an excellent opportunity to support our commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes for all pupils.

About the Role
You will play a vital role in improving attendance, strengthening family engagement, and removing barriers to learning. Working closely with pupils, families, and staff, you will build strong relationships, promote positive routines, and ensure every young person is supported to thrive.
