About this Role

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for pupils attending the after-school club

  • Ensure the safety, supervision, and welfare of all children at all times

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment

  • Maintain appropriate records and attendance registers

  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers, staff, and senior leaders as required

  • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies and procedures

  • Set up and clear away equipment and resources used during sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • A motivated individual with a genuine interest in working with children

  • Experience of working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting

  • Ability to lead and organise structured activities

  • A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
