About this Role

The purpose of this post is to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff, and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan with access to support and guidance as required.

Job Details

Hours of Work:  35  Hours Per Week,  Term Time Only (39 Weeks Per Year) 

Position Type:  Permanent ,  Part-time with the potential for various flexible options

Line Manager:  SENDCo

Travel Required:  No

About the Role
We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed General Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. The successful candidates will work closely with teaching staff to support students’ learning and wellbeing across the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·       Provide classroom support to teachers and students
  • ·       Assist with the preparation of learning materials
  • ·       Support individual and small group interventions
  • ·       Contribute to the wider life of the school
