We are proud to be a warm, welcoming all-through school with a strong sense of community. Our staff body is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoy working together.

We are seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teacher of MFL to join our fantastic department in September 2026. The successful candidate will be required to teach Spanish and Mandarin to students in KS2, KS3, and KS4. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher looking to start your journey with the support of our excellent ECT programme, or an experienced teacher seeking new challenges, we offer excellent professional development and career growth opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school recently rated Good by Ofsted, and to join us at a dynamic point in our journey. As part of the EPA trust, our secondary phase is closely supported by Bartholomew School, rated Outstanding in 2024. MFL is a thriving subject at Heyford Park, with  high student engagement across all Key Stages. There are also opportunities, as part of this contract, to teach in other trust primary schools local to Heyford Park.

Located in the village of Upper Heyford, Heyford Park is easily accessible from Bicester, Banbury, and Oxford, serving the surrounding rural communities.
