Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, including individualised programmes aligned to the National Curriculum
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social and personal development during key transition stages
  • Creating a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and wellbeing
  • Contributing to curriculum planning, assessment, recording and reporting
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure a joined-up approach to support
  • Playing an active role in pastoral care, acting as an advocate for pupils and promoting their progress and participation in school life

You will also contribute fully to the life of the school, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom environment, and engaging in ongoing professional development and school improvement activities.

About You

  • Skilled in delivering adaptive and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Committed to supporting the whole child—academically, socially and emotionally
  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational and teamwork skills

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking, specialist Trust
  • Work within a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Make a real difference to pupils during critical stages of their education

Join us—and help every learner make a confident and successful transition.
