Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? CWA Austen, a unique co-educational all-through school in Basingstoke, is seeking committed individuals to support our students aged 5–16 with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

Your Role:

  • Assist teachers in managing classrooms and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and personal development.
  • Contribute to planning, teaching, and assessment across a range of subjects.
  • Provide care, guidance, and encouragement to help students thrive

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Someone patient, flexible and enthusiastic 

  • Able to build positive relationships with young people 

  • A team player with good communication skills 

  • Experience working with children or young people 

  • GCSE English & Maths (A–C) and ideally NVQ Level 2
