Forest Moor School has always been a very special place. Located just outside of Harrogate, we are a warm and friendly special school for children and young people across Key Stages 2 to 4 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our students have a variety of complex needs, including diagnoses or traits of Autism, ADHD, anxiety, hypervigilance, and specific learning difficulties. Our children are amazing, and they teach us something new every single day. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and expand within the Wellspring Academy Trust.

• Teaching Assistant: Work right inside our classrooms helping students with their everyday learning, practical activities, and life skills. If you have the energy and imagination to make learning fun and help children feel successful, you will thrive in this role.

• Outdoor Education Instructor: Perfect for anyone who loves nature and the great outdoors! You will use our beautiful rural surroundings to teach outside the traditional classroom, using fun outdoor activities to help students build confidence and manage feelings like stress or anxiety.

• Care / Pastoral Team: Join a friendly, specialised team focused entirely on looking after our students' emotional well being. If you are a naturally caring listener who wants to provide a safe, warm, and supportive space for young people when they are having a tough day, this role is for you.

• We would also love to hear from people interested in joining our catering, cleaning, and estates teams who want to help keep our school running smoothly and looking great.
