About this Role
The successful candidate will:
• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that supports all pupils to learn and succeed
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued
• Set high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
• Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and our strong team ethos
