The successful candidate will:
· Support high-quality teaching and learning across different key stages
· Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND and additional needs
· Help create a positive, inclusive environment where all children feel safe, supported and valued
· Adapt activities and resources to support pupils’ engagement and progress
· Promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning
· Support Early Years provision where required, including play-based learning
· Work closely with teachers, leaders and families to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing

wider life of the school and our strong team ethos
We are looking for someone who is:
· A committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a recognised TA qualification
· Passionate about inclusion and supporting all children to succeed
· Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
· Adaptable and confident working across different age groups and needs
· Patient, nurturing and able to support pupils’ emotional and social development
· Committed to raising aspirations, particularly for pupils facing disadvantage
· Supportive of the Christian ethos and values of our school
