About this Role

This is a non-class-based role, enabling you to focus on high-impact leadership and provision.

The successful candidate will:

·         Lead the strategic development of SEND and inclusion, ensuring high-quality, personalised provision for all pupils

·         Establish and lead our new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for Communication and Interaction, creating a truly inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs

·         Support and develop staff through coaching, professional guidance and modelling excellent inclusive practice

·         Drive high expectations and aspirations for all learners, particularly those facing additional barriers

·         Contribute as a key member of SLT to whole-school improvement, strategy and decision-making

We are looking for someone who is:  

·         A highly effective practitioner and leader with a strong track record of improving outcomes for pupils with SEND

·         Skilled in using data, evidence and research to inform strategy and secure impact

·         Deeply committed to inclusive education and removing barriers to learning

·         An excellent communicator who can build trusting partnerships with families, staff and external professionals

·         Passionate about making a lasting difference to children and their life chances
