About this Role

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the strategic development and delivery of SEND, inclusion and pupil premium provision, ensuring high-quality, personalised support for all pupils.

• Oversee the opening and management of our new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) (Communication & interaction), creating an inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs.

• Drive evidence-based use of pupil premium funding to close attainment gaps and improve life chances for disadvantaged pupils.

• Provide professional guidance and coaching to staff, embedding inclusive practice and raising aspirations across the school.

• Play a key role in whole-school improvement, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at senior leadership level.
