Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team. Our school is a happy one where children are safe, loved and enjoy their learning. As an expert teacher who goes that extra mile to make sure that pupils engage with their learning and aspire to great things in life. 

The successful candidate will:

• Effectively deliver an inspiring curriculum, to classes of 30 pupils.

• Ensure that pupils make excellent progress in relation to national expectations.

• Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our academy. 

• Meet pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural needs as well as their pastoral and welfare needs.

• Work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, representatives, directors and primary MAT partners.

• Have subject coordinator responsibilities and benefit from ongoing professional development.

Our teachers are employed under the terms and conditions for Teachers and we continue to be part of the Teachers Pension Agency. 

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and pre-employment medical clearance. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), online searches will also be carried out for shortlisted candidates. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
