📚 About the Role: 

As an HLTA, you’ll be a vital part of the learning journey — helping to deliver high-quality education and supporting the emotional and academic growth of our pupils. 

You will: 

·         ✅ Deliver tailored lessons and targeted support under the guidance of teaching staff 

·         ✅ Lead the class in the teacher’s absence, keeping learning on track 

·         ✅ Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning for all pupils 

·         ✅ Mentor and guide Teaching Assistants, building a strong, collaborative support team 

·         ✅ Create exciting resources that spark curiosity and engage learners 

·         ✅ Track and report on progress, helping shape next steps for every child 

·         ✅ Champion pupil welfare and safeguarding, making sure every child feels safe, seen,      and supported
