We are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community. The successful candidate must hold the relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and demonstrate a strong understanding of child development, inclusive education, and safeguarding practices. This role involves working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, differentiated learning activities, promote positive behaviour, and provide tailored support to pupils with a range of needs. This includes encouraging independence, contributing to pupil development across physical, social, emotional, and academic areas, and helping to create an inclusive, wellorganised learning environment. You will assist with assessments, personal care, behaviour support, and classroom preparation, while building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting children’s progress and wellbeing.
