About the Role
Consilium Evolve is seeking to appoint a passionate, adaptable, and committed
Cross Curricular Teacher to join our Alternative Provision Academy, supporting secondary
students who experience emotionally based school avoidance. This is a rewarding
opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people by
delivering engaging, meaningful learning across a range of subjects, with
particular strength in core curriculum areas.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic classroom practitioner with a flexible and creative approach to curriculum delivery. You will play a key role in delivering a bespoke, cross-curricular curriculum using approaches such as project-based and expeditionary learning, helping students to re-engage with education and achieve both academically and personally.

Supporting Students and Families
You will build strong relationships with parents/carers, work closely with the
SENDCo and external agencies, and contribute to a multi-agency approach to
support students’ educational, emotional, and social development.
