  • Deliver pastoral support, including CREW and personal development sessions
  • Promote a strong culture of safeguarding and inclusion

Supporting Students and Families
You will build strong relationships with parents/carers, work closely with the SENDCo and external agencies, and contribute to a multi-agency approach to support students’ educational, emotional, and social development.

  • Experience teaching across the secondary curriculum (core subjects desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of SEMH, SEND, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Excellent classroom practice and the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
  • A reflective approach and commitment to professional development

Why Join Consilium Academies?
