compassionate, resilient and dedicated Associate Tutor – Therapeutic Lead to
join our team at Consilium Evolve, our Alternative Provision Academy supporting
primary and secondary students experiencing emotionally based school avoidance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and helping students overcome barriers to learning through therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.

The Role
As Therapeutic Lead,
you will work closely with the SENDCo and Counsellor to provide effective
therapeutic interventions and emotional support for students across the
academy.
You will play a key role in leading and embedding the Thrive Approach throughout the school, ensuring a whole-school trauma-informed response to student wellbeing and development.
