We are looking for a practitioner who will support our vision and our distinctively Christian ethos and who also respects and celebrates those of different faiths.  We are seeking an outstanding practitioner with experience who can lead by example to inspire, challenge and nurture our children, enabling them to grow and flourish and achieve their full potential.

·        -  Is patient and can be calm and flexible in their approach

·         -Understands that all children are unique and can demonstrate this through their interactions

·        - Enjoys play and can show creativity and imagination

·         -Has excellent interpersonal skills

·         -Can use initiative and has the ability to adapt

·         -Can work as part of a team

·         -Has experience delivering phonics.

·         i-s hard working and highly motivated.

·         -Has experience of working with children with additional needs, including communication and interaction needs.
