Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools

and 2 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

Are you an aspiring middle leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference?  Do you want to manage our Early Years provision and further shape our young children’s lives?
        

We are looking for a creative & inspiring teacher who will have a positive impact on the learning and well-being of our pupils. If you have a passion for motivating and nurturing young learners and staff, we would love to hear from you. The successful EYFS leader will strategically manage the delivery of a balanced curriculum that is accessible for all pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage from 2-year-old provision to Reception as well as contributing to the wider life of the school.

The successful candidate will:

·         be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school.

  • care passionately about children, their development and achievements
  • be an exceptional class teacher, with track record of raising achievement, who is committed to high standards in teaching and learning in their own practice and in developing this across the school team
  • have experience of, or shown the potential for, leadership
  • have a clear vision of what excellent early years practice is and is able to create a stimulating inside and outside environment.
  • is an excellent, engaging communicator who will develop strong relationships with children, parents and the wider community
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with staff, students and external agencies
  • have an in-depth understanding of EYFS assessment and can contribute to school wide tracking processes so that every pupil makes at least good progress
