Our Lady of Compassion School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated School Premises Manager to join our school team of staff. We are looking for an approachable person with good interpersonal skills, an engaging professional committed to work alongside a friendly and hardworking team to support the children in their care.

The successful candidate will:

• support the values and ethos of Our Lady of Compassion School
• have experience of working in a school environment
• be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds
• take appropriate action to identify, evaluate and minimise any risks to health, safety and security in the school working environment
• comply with school’s policies and procedures
• establish constructive relationships and communication with all staff and other professionals
• recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others
• participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
• be able to work under own initiative
• be a reflective and flexible practitioner
• work effectively with our staff team at OLC
