Barnes Academy would love to hear from you!
Your role:
As an Intervention Teaching
Assistant, you will support pupils on our short-term reset programme, helping
them overcome barriers and successfully reintegrate into lessons. Working
closely with teachers, senior leaders and external professionals, you will
deliver targeted interventions, encourage positive behaviour and provide
consistent emotional and academic support.

you’ll bring experience of supporting diverse needs—including SEMH, ASD or
ADHD—along with strong communication skills, calm behaviour management and a
genuine commitment to inclusive practice.
