About this Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to motivate and manage our kitchen team and ensure that all meals are prepared to a high standard.
You will prepare all meals and ensure that the regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen are met. You will manage the Kitchen Assistants to provide a smooth efficient food service and be responsible for ordering of goods, paperwork and keeping records up to date as necessary, whilst complying with industry guidelines and standards.
