St Mary's in looking for an enthusiastic team player to provide lunch duty cover for the bustling early years department starting in September 2026.

The HLTA role within St Marys school is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff which the support they need to Shine. In addition to LSA responsibilities the HLTA role responsibilities include:

  • To cover and lead class teaching for PPA and short-term absence
  • Prepare the classroom for lessons that they are leading
  • Mark work taught where appropriate in-line with the school’s marking policy
