About The Role
As an EYFS teacher at Ebbsfleet Green, you’ll join a dedicated team who are invested in your success. Whether you are an ECT or experienced, you’ll benefit from excellent support, professional development opportunities, and the space to thrive.
In this role, you will:
Teach your EYFS class through play-based, engaging and inclusive learning experiences
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and grow
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Observe, assess and support children’s early development and next steps
Reflect on and develop your practice to grow in confidence and expertise
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive school culture
