Hours: 7 am - 8.15 am and 3 am - 6.15 pm Monday - Friday, term time (38 weeks)
About the Role:
At Ebbsfleet Green School, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and enriching environment for children. As a Breakfast and Afterschool Club Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring children have a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience in the mornings and after school. You will provide care and support, organize fun activities, help with homework (Afterschool Club), and ensure children are ready and excited for their day or safely handed over to parents or carers at the end of the day. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be expected to facilitate engaging activities, encourage good social skills, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children throughout their time with us.
A passion for working with children in a safe and fun environment.
Experience in childcare or similar settings (e.g., schools, afterschool clubs).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set up and manage a busy, engaging environment.
Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to the needs of different age groups.
