Alder Grove opened its doors as a brand-new primary school in September 2020. Since opening, we have established ourselves in the heart of our community and have become one of the most desired schools to attend in the area. As we enter our final phase of growth, we are looking to recruit class teachers for September 2026. We are looking for inspiring practitioners to work alongside and to be part of our established teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new school with a highly skilled staff and part of a dynamic and supportive Trust. 

Alder Grove is a school within The Keys Academy Trust which is a primary specialist MAT committed to providing the very best educational experiences for our pupils and staff, so that our schools are recognised as centres of academic and pastoral excellence at the heart of the communities they serve. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our family of schools as part of the Trust’s CPD programme and networking opportunities.
