The Role

Watling Academy is looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Operations Administrator to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to make a real impact behind the scenes in a thriving school environment.

In this role, you’ll work across key operational areas – including Finance, Procurement, Lettings, Site and First Aid – helping to keep the Academy running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for staff, students, parents and external partners, ensuring every interaction is professional and well‑supported.

As our Operations Administrator, you will:

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support across all Operations functions
  • Support the coordination of school events
  • Manage lettings administration, including invoicing, payment tracking and customer enquiries
  • Assist with financial processes
  • Help maintain procurement and contracts records
  • Play an active role in income‑generation and wider operational initiatives
  • Build strong working relationships across the Academy and Trust

If you’re organised, adaptable and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking team.
