We’re looking for a Data Support Manager to play a key role in ensuring our school’s data is accurate, meaningful and used to drive achievement. Working closely with the Trust Data Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be at the heart of how we record, manage and share pupil information — helping staff make informed decisions that genuinely impact young people’s lives.

  • Overseeing baseline data, census processes and end-of-year MIS procedures
  • Producing high‑quality reports for parents, staff and governors
  • Working with the Exams Officer on essential data and results analysis

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll be someone who is:
  • Confident with data, detail‑focused and highly organised
  • Experienced in school office or administrative work
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Able to communicate clearly with staff, students and families
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage your own workload

Every student has access to a Chromebook, and our ACE teaching framework ensures learning is exciting, meaningful and memorable. We are deeply rooted in our community and committed to nurturing the whole child, academically, emotionally, and socially — measuring success by far more than exam results.

  •  Relocation package of up to £8,000 where applicable, for new employees renting or buying a property
  • Two-week October half term
  • Support from highly experienced SLT members, the wider trust network and collaboration with our two other secondary schools
