Thames Park Secondary School, part of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust, is looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are seeking a Humanities Teacher, specifically a Religious Education Specialist, to enhance our student’s knowledge and make a positive impact on our learners. We want inspiring and aspirational teachers to support the growth of the school on our exciting journey.
The successful candidate will predominantly teach Religious Education across KS3 and KS4, but the timetable will include elements of other humanities subjects. Please indicate your preference or experience in teaching other humanities subjects in KS3 or KS4 on your application form.
The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and join a motivated, collaborative team committed to our ACE framework—Adaption, Creativity, and Engagement. leadership", at Thames Park, students "capably take responsibility to
lead". The report goes on to describe how Thames Park has "a positive
learning atmosphere" and how "pupils conduct themselves
maturely". The report also states that "Staff enable pupils to
consider and discuss the personal issues faced in adult life”.
