About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join
our school team. You will help ensure that pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and
positive lunchtime experience, both in the dining hall and on the playground.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during
lunch breaks
- Encourage good behaviour
and positive play
- Assist children with
meals where needed
- Promote safety and
wellbeing at all times
- Deal calmly and
appropriately with minor incidents
- Communicate any concerns
to teaching staff or senior leaders
About You
- Enjoy working with
children
- Patient, calm, and
approachable
- Able to work well as
part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience
working with children is desirable but not essential
