We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our highly dedicated SEN team. Duties will include preparing, delivering and tracking high quality interventions to individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of the SENCO and teaching staff. You may also be required to undertake supervision sessions in our Academy inclusion unit.
We are looking for individuals who have a very flexible and enthusiastic approach to suit the varying and sometimes complex needs of our students and be prepared to undertake any associated tasks as required. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator as they will need to liaise with parents, carers in a manner that will support SEND students in their learning. They will work effectively on their own to support the running of the department through the management of departmental documentation, including recording, reporting, monitoring pupil progress and cataloguing and filing. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
