ü Demonstrate previous SEMH or mentoring experience
ü Communicate effectively with parents, carers, children, agencies and staff
ü Remain calm, positive and empathetic under pressure
ü Enjoy a busy but happy working environment
ü Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
ü Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
ü Be reliable
ü Use initiative to support the Pastoral Team and Senior Leadership Team
