Since 2016, we’ve been dedicated to changing lives by supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. We’re proud to offer innovative education, care and opportunities that help our young people succeed – often beyond what they or others thought possible.

The Role

  • Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage resilience, confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Support students in managing behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills.
  • Work alongside teaching staff to adapt and deliver learning support.
  • Encourage participation in lessons and wider school activities.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A patient, compassionate, and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable, not essential – training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

We Offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive staff team.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
  • Competitive salary and staff benefits.
  • Wellbeing support – including counselling, physiotherapy
  • Health and fitness perks – Use of our on-site gym
  • Professional development – dedicated training in behaviour support and opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • A supportive team – where your work truly makes a difference every single day
