Location: Thomas Hall School, Exeter, Devon, EX4 5AD

FTE Salary Range: Grade C Pt 5-7, £25,583-£26,403 FTE  (£19,997-£20,638 Term Time only actual)

Contract Type:  Permanent, term time only

Contract Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Summary

An energetic and dynamic teaching assistant to primarily work with KS3 & KS4 both in class support, 1:1 and small intervention groups.

About the role

Co-ordinate, plan and deliver intervention programmes for SEN Individuals with a particular focus on engagement. Monitor and track progress for students participating in the programmes and report data to the SENCo. Ability to complete numeracy and literacy intervention work up to GCSE level. Engaging and compassion in class support for EHCP and vulnerable students and well as 1:1 cover.

About the Trust

Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.  We operate 17 academies in Devon, Bournemouth, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.  We are building this Trust on a clear set of values, behaviours and curriculum principles.
