This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to make a life‑changing difference at a pivotal moment in a young person’s journey. As a Learning Coach / Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil as they transition from primary to secondary school, providing consistency, reassurance and personalised support to help them thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will join a school community where inclusion is not just a value, but a lived culture, where every child is known, celebrated and supported to succeed as their authentic self. If you are compassionate, reflective and motivated by impact, this role offers the chance to build trusted relationships and shape a confident, positive start to secondary education.
As a Learning Coach, you will play a key role in supporting our students to develop their learning skills. In our inclusive and supportive environment, you’ll help every student to realise their potential.
What makes us special

We are a vibrant, innovative, forward-thinking community where every student is valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Here, staff and students work together to build confidence, nurture talents, and ensure that everyone feels a true sense of belonging. By joining us, you’ll become part of a team that believes in the power of education to transform lives and in the importance of making that transformation accessible to all.
