We are seeking an individual who brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for early learning, with consistently high expectations for every child. The successful candidate will be resilient, reflective and imaginative in their practice, with the ability to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment where children feel motivated, challenged and supported to achieve their very best.
The ideal applicant will communicate clearly and confidently, building strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues alike. You will play an active role in shaping inspiring provision that makes learning meaningful, relevant and enjoyable, while supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development. Experience of curriculum leadership or of contributing to the development and improvement of curriculum areas across a school would be highly desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed and supportive team, where your ideas, expertise and enthusiasm will be valued and encouraged to flourish.
In return our Academy

every level so will ensure that many professional development and career
opportunities will be available.
