About this Role

The School Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the school's rewards system, which recognises academic, extra-curricular, and behavioural achievements alongside excellent attendance.

You will collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team, teachers, administrators, and pupils to ensure that the rewards programme supports pupil development and attainment and enhances the overall school culture and helps to embed our school mission statement to Love God, Serve Others, Work Hard & Value All.
