About this Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Manager, their main duties will be to work with the Assistant Catering Manager and Catering Team in a collaborative way. The role includes being responsible for the safe, effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the catering provision. Working alongside the Catering team to develop menus, place orders and manage the kitchen along with performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and customer service within the catering department whilst promoting a safe, clean and well-maintained food environment for students, staff and visitors.
