We are seeking a dynamic and innovative colleague to become a Head of Sixth Form .

The successful candidate will have responsibility for students’ development, behaviour and welfare in KS5 and will play a key role in ensuring they make good progress.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Sixth Form.

Candidates should be an excellent communicator, be motivated with student focused with high expectations and someone who can inspire students to success with the vision and commitment to deliver targets for the future and raise standards of teaching and learning.  A good knowledge of current and future developments in KS5 education and Teaching and Learning is required to ensure that this area of the school is as successful as it can be.  This is a good opportunity for an energetic teacher aspiring to develop their career.
