About this Role

This role combines strategic coordination and direct operational support to ensure pupils receive timely safeguarding, early help and wellbeing interventions. Through effective multi-agency working, family engagement and strong pastoral support, the postholder will help remove barriers to learning and enable all pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
