North Walsham High School, part of Enrich Learning Trust, is a rapidly improving 11–16 school with a clear trajectory of sustained improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Headteacher or an ambitious senior leader ready for Headship. The successful candidate will combine strategic clarity with strong moral purpose, driving continued improvement in outcomes while sustaining a culture where staff and pupils thrive. Furthermore, the schools is excited to share the opening of an ASD SRB in January 2027. They will also play a key role within a high-performing and collaborative Multi-Academy Trust and will have the opportunity to shape their senior team, including the appointment of a Deputy Headteacher.
