North Walsham High School, part of the Enrich Learning
Trust, is a small secondary school in Norfolk. We are a rapidly growing
school that has a strong community of dedicated staff who live out our vision

We are very proud of our school and consistently secure exam
results above the Regional and National average as well as ensuring with our
children brilliant opportunities and develop their character.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Future
and Aspirations Office to provide and help lead our Careers Education,
Information, Advice and Guidance whilst ensuring we give our children every opportunity
to be happy and successful in the future.
The successful applicant will:

Provide high quality, impartial careers guidance
that helps young people to progress;

Organise careers drop down days to further support
children's aspirations
·
Be enthusiastic and determined to achieve the
very best outcomes;
·
Be passionate about the childrens futures
·
Be committed to the school’s vision: “We put the

Embody and model our values of trust,
resilience, excellence and kindness;
·
To work with families and carers to access and
facilitate the young person’s wider support network.

Organise
and lead trips to external careers events
·
Support the pastoral team in their care and
support of students
·
Take an active part in CPD.
Professional development opportunities are plentiful and we
are always working hard to be innovative around workload- we want you to have a
balanced life and enjoy working with our children! We have really strong
supportive policies on feedback, reporting, centralised planning and behaviour
for learning (including centralised detentions) that allow you to focus on
planning and teaching excellent lessons.
Alongside this we will provide the successful candidate with
the training that they need and we are always open to exploring part time and
flexible working opportunities.
