Key Responsibilities

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Act as part of a job-share, delivering high‑quality, engaging learning experiences.
• Be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons
• Setting high expectations that motivate and challenge pupils
• Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
• Creating a safe, calm and purposeful learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement
