This is a varied and rewarding
role at the heart of our academy. You will be responsible for managing the
front office and administrative function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day
running of the service.
Working closely with the
Business Manager and wider leadership team, you will take a proactive approach
to managing your workload and responding to the needs of a busy school
environment. You will act as the first point of contact for pupils,
parents, staff, and visitors, providing a professional, calm, and welcoming
presence at all times.

Managing
reception duties and being the main point of contact for all enquiries
●
Handling
telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and
sensitivity
●
Maintaining
accurate records using systems such as ARBOR
●
Providing
comprehensive administrative and organisational support across the academy
●
Ensuring
that daily operations run efficiently through effective planning and
prioritisation
●
Supporting
staff and leadership with general administrative tasks
We are seeking a capable and
self-motivated individual who is comfortable taking initiative and managing a
wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Essential skills and experience:

Additional requirements:

Numeracy
and literacy skills equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or GCSE grades A–C / 9–4

Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships

A
flexible and resilient approach when working with young people who may need
additional support
●
Experience
using ARBOR (desirable)
