About this Role

This role is fixed term until 31 August 2026.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team here at Seathorne Primary Academy!

The ideal 1:1 Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting our children both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.  There may possibly be intimate care required in this role. 

To be successful you must:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have experience of working with young people or children
  • Be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about your position
